15% of each service's published allocation basis funds HIVE buybacks.
New paid-analysis activity joins the platform-wide weekly buyback rail through a server-owned allocation basis published per service in the official commercial catalog — realized margin for most managed services, recognized platform revenue for others. A separate 15% of the same per-service basis goes to the company treasury; that allocation does not execute or fund HIVE purchases. Free and refunded analyses contribute to neither allocation.
